Fighting for AAPI Civil Rights and Justice

Asian Americans Advancing Justice – AAJC advocates for an America in which all Americans can benefit equally from, and contribute to, the American dream. AAJC’s mission is to advance civil and human rights for Asian and Pacific Islander Americans, fighting through education, litigation, and public policy advocacy.

A proud partner of Communities Against Hate, AAJC developed the website StandAgainstHatred.org to document anti-AAPI hate and to educate about the environment of hate around the country. Already, AAJC has provided 50,000 bystander trainings with Hollaback! to combat anti-AAPI hate. Through TAAF’s funding, the organization plans to expand and scale this popular community solution.

Changing the Narrative 

With TAAF's support, AAJC will lead policy advocacy at the federal level, while the AAAJ affiliation will conduct policy advocacy at the state level and expand the victim’s helpline for AAPI communities.
